Weight A Freakin’ Minute

Seriously- how is it even possible that you can run, bike, swim, and train endlessly and still seem to gain weight?!  Is it freaking menopause? Am I part of some reverse matrix where exercise has the opposite effect on my body ala “Benjamin Buttons” for athletes? Is the universe shrinking while I’m expanding?
